Shovel Solutions is an Oxford-based startup company that aims to smooth out transactions between dirt and mineral-rights owners with contractors and construction site managers. 

Their app, Shovel, connects pit owners and managers with the dump truck operators who move dirt from the dig site to the construction site, with electronic confirmation of the transaction from start to finish.
